Return & Exchange Policy – 5 Days

Eligible items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note: We do not issue refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit only, applied to your account for future purchases. An active customer account is required before initiating a return.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Store credit is issued after inspection of returned items.
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
  • A $10 restocking fee may apply per item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for full‑price items in new condition with tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  • Sale and clearance items — including Black Friday, 12 Naughty Nights, Christmas, Boxing Day, and all other promotional sales — are final sale with no returns or exchanges.
  • Special orders of Pleaser heels and boots are non‑refundable.
  • Gift cards are non‑refundable.
