Return & Exchange Policy – 5 Days

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note: If your return is approved, the original payment will not be refunded. Instead, a store credit will be issued to your account for future purchases. Make sure you have an active account before initiating a return.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Store credit is issued after inspection of returned items.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Exchanges are accepted only for items in new condition with tags intact.

  • Exchanges apply to full‑price items only.

  • Sale and clearance items—including promotions such as Black Friday, 12 Naughty Nights, Christmas, Boxing Day, or any other promotional sale—are final sale with no exchanges or returns.

  • Special orders of Pleaser heels and boots are non‑refundable.

  • Gift cards are non‑refundable.

Additional Information

  • A $10 restocking fee may apply per item.

  • All merchandise is carefully inspected before shipping or delivery.
