We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please note: If your return is approved, the original payment will not be refunded. Instead, a store credit will be issued to your account for future purchases. Make sure you have an active account before initiating a return.

Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges are accepted only for items in new condition with tags intact.

Exchanges apply to full‑price items only.

Sale and clearance items—including promotions such as Black Friday, 12 Naughty Nights, Christmas, Boxing Day, or any other promotional sale—are final sale with no exchanges or returns.

Special orders of Pleaser heels and boots are non‑refundable.

Gift cards are non‑refundable.
