Online Dance Classes

As a student in one of my online classes you will be able to experience the same level of instructions for dancing as you would in person. Empowering women to feel confident and powerful in their own bodies is extremely important to me. Taking one of my online classes allows you to go on a journey towards self love from the comfort of your own home.

Online Class Options

  • Floor Magic *New

    This class is designed to teach you how to move seamlessly around the floor in a sensual and fluid manner. You will further your development on Floor Flow with musicality and timing that is taught to help with choreo, and heel technique. Anyone can do tricks and flips, but sensual flow is the heart of floor flow.

  • Fierce & Fluid Pole Dance

    Working on building your technique and fluidity while combining your spins, turns, and holds into a fluid sequence. This class focuses on heal technique, musicality, flow and control. In this class you will become more comfortable in building your fluidity and become more comfortable in freestyle. We will work on some low flow and floor work. *Must have completed beginner pole classes.

  • Chair Flow

    In this class you will work your chair to floor combo to create transitions to build beautiful choreo routines. You will learn to move seamlessly from the chair to floor and back up again with flair, skill and a little sass… well, okay… a lot of sass. Your chair and heels are an extension of you, but this class will primarily focus on how to work your chair and floor combo. Bringing your sexy!

As a student in one of my in person classes, you will receive hands on lessons as I guide you on your journey. Where I will be able to help you move your body throughout the process. Providing, not only encouragement as you begin to feel stronger in your movement but also empower you to feel love for your body.
