Do you ship outside of Canada?
We’ve currently paused shipping to the United States due to tariffs. Once those restrictions are lifted, we look forward to resuming service.
In the meantime, we continue to ship to Europe. Please note: Any duties or taxes upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
Please refer to our full return policy for details on eligibility, conditions, and procedures.
What if I don’t see my size? Do you take custom size orders?
If your size isn’t listed, we keep requests on file and do our best to accommodate future inventory. At this time, we do not offer custom sizing.
What if I don’t see the item I want in-stock?
If an item isn’t available, it may be in the process of being restocked—or it may be discontinued. Feel free to reach out for updates.
Do you sell in-store or just online?
We’re primarily an online brand, but we do offer local pick-up at my mom's store called In Good Time (951 Queenston Rd, Stoney Creek, Ontario). You’ll also find us popping up at studios and events—bringing our collection directly to the dance community.
I’m local from Hamilton, can I pick up my order vs having it shipped?
Yes! You can pick up your order at my mom's store called In Good Time during regular business hours:
Monday–Friday: 10am–5pm
Saturday: 10am–4pm
Sunday & Holidays: Closed
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If it hasn’t been picked up within 2 days, we’ll send a reminder. Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their order during shop hours.
Can I put an item on hold?
Unfortunately, we do not offer holds at this time.
I’m ordering as a gift, do you offer gift receipts?
Yes! Just let us know at checkout or via email, and we’ll include a gift receipt with your order.

What is your turn around time for deliveries or shipping?
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. Shipping times vary depending on location and postal service efficiency—most domestic orders arrive within 2–14 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment options, including debit, credit, e-transfer, shop and PayPal. Please note: If paying by e-transfer, your order will be processed once payment is received.

Return & Exchange Policy – 5 Days
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return Guidelines:
Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted only if items are in new condition with tags intact.
Sale and clearance items (including promotions like Black Friday, Christmas, or Boxing Day) are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Heels and boots are non-refundable.
Additional Info:
A $10 restocking fee may apply per item.
All merchandise is carefully inspected before shipping or delivery.
