Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we do ship outside of Canada right now to the United States and hoping to get overseas someday. ***Any duties/taxes upon delivery will be paid by the customer***
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, send us an email at dresstodance1@gmail.com.
What if I don’t see my size? Do you take custom size orders?
If you don’t see your size we keep requests on file and try our best to get the size requested for future. We do not do any custom work.
What if I don’t see the item I want in-stock?
If you don’t see the item in-stock either we are restocking, or we will no longer be carrying that item.
Do you sell in-store or just online?
Our primary is online! We do have a little spot at In Good Time that is our pick-up location with few items. We also go to studios or events to promote the brand and to sell.
I’m local from Hamilton, can I pick up my order vs having it shipped?
Our local pick up spot is at IN GOOD TIME located at 951 Queenston Rd in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
It is your responsibility to pick up your order. If you choose to select the local pick up option you can pick up your order at your convenience during the shops operating hours.
Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, Sunday Closed.
If your order isn't picked up after 2 days, you will be sent an email reminder to pick-up.
Can I put an item on hold?
Unfortunately, we do not hold items.
I’m ordering as a gift, do you offer gift receipts?
Yes, we can provide you with a gift receipt.
Do you take heel order requests?
Yes, we do take custom heel orders from www.pleaserusa.com you can send an email of your request with the following ( Sku #, Colour, Size)
What is your turn around time for deliveries or shipping.?
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the local postal service.
Do you take debit or credit?
We take all forms of payment E-transfers to dresstodance1@gmail.com , debit, credit and PayPal. *NOTE* if you do select payment through EMT, no orders will be fulfilled until payment is sent.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
We have now eliminated local deliveries.
If you are local you can stop by In Good Time at
951 Queenston Road Stoney Creek.
Operating hours are Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday 10 am to 4 pm and Sunday and long weekends CLOSED.

5 Day Return Policy.
All items must have original tags and returned in good condition. Refunds are made after items are received and inspected. If an item is returned damaged, worn or tags are taken off. No money back it will be added on to a store credit for future use.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs that occur when sending back to
Dress to Dance.
Exchanges must have all tags visible and in good condition. If there is a sale or clearance sale going on example ( special sales, black Friday or long sales during Christmas (boxing day) all exchanges are void as they will no longer be brought back in as part of a collection.
If a restocking fee occurs the customer will be charged $10 per item.
All merchandise are inspected before shipped or delivered.
